Reservations
To reserve a meeting room, please fill out the Reservation Request Form.
University Center’s room reservations are handled by our Catering and Hospitality department. If you have any questions about meeting rooms, please email us at hospitality@ucsc.edu or call (831) 459-4600. Thank you for your interest.

Note:
- An administrative Coordination Fee will be assessed for all rental services @ 20% (cost + 20%)
- Room rates include event set up and breakdown. Room rates do not include equipment, additional labor, additional linen, china or service staff.
- Operating hours may vary; consultation advised for detailed times and holiday rates.
