Minimum Order of 12. The Tailgater includes sandwich selection, mayo, mustard, potato chips, and whole fruit. *

Gourmet Box Sandwiches

Minimum order of 12. Gourmet Box Sandwiches include either California pasta salad OR potato salad, seasonal fresh fruit salad, chips, and a gourmet cookie. *

  • Smoked turkey, lettuce, tomato, with cranberry- spread on focaccia
• Santa Cruz Chicken Club
  • Fire braised chicken breast, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, monterey jack, and mayo on francese 
• Curry Roasted Cauliflower Wrap (vegan)
  • Garam Masala roasted cauliflower, quinoa, red bell peppers, kale, mango chutney, hummus, cilantro in a tomato tortilla
• Roma (vegetarian)
  • Mozzarella, roma tomatoes, spinach, fresh basil and pesto mayo on francese

Minimum order of 12. Gourmet Boxed Salads come with dinner roll, seasonal fresh fruit salad, and a gourmet cookie.*

• Caesar Salad
  Grilled chicken breast OR tofu, on a bed of romaine, with croutons and shredded parmesan cheese and caesar dressing

• Southwest Salad
  Grilled chicken breast OR tofu, on a bed of romaine, with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes and chipotle ranch

• Bistro Salad
  Grilled chicken breast OR tofu, on a bed of organic mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, herb toasted sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and sherry-shallot vinaigrette
