Deli Buffet
- A classic deli-style presentation featuring sliced turkey, roast beef, and ham; cheddar and provolone cheeses; lettuce, tomato, pickles, sliced red onion, and pepperoncini. Served with mustard and mayonnaise on the side
- Sliced sourdough and whole wheat bread
- Potato chips
- Choice of two salads (tossed green, California pasta, fruit, or potato)
- Additional buffet options: avocado (serves 6–8) and a side of hummus (serves 10–12).
Sandwich and Salad Buffet
Includes potato chips, your choice of two salads (mixed greens, California pasta, seasonal fresh fruit, or potato salad), and two sandwich selections.
- Turkey focaccia – smoked turkey, lettuce, tomato with cranberry-mayo spread on focaccia
- Santa Cruz chicken club – fire-braised chicken breast, smoked turkey, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, Monterey Jack, and mayo on francese
- Curry roasted cauliflower wrap Mediterranean (vegan) – Garam Masala roasted cauliflower, quinoa, red bell peppers, kale, mango chutney, hummus, cilantro, in a tomato tortilla
- Roma (vegetarian) – mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, spinach, fresh basil, and pesto mayo on francese
