Coordinated services for a seamless event
UCSC Hospitality and Catering goes beyond food—we’re here to support your event from setup to parking. Through our trusted campus and community partnerships, we can help coordinate everything from event rentals with Alexis Party Rental to guest parking with UCSC Transportation & Parking Services (TAPS). These additional services ensure your event is smooth, well-equipped, and welcoming from start to finish.
Alexis Party Rental
Need umbrellas, tents, tables, or other event equipment? We partner with Alexis Party Rental to help provide everything you need to create a welcoming and well-equipped event space. While we don’t supply these items directly, our team will coordinate with Alexis to ensure your rentals are arranged and delivered with care.
Parking services
Planning an event with guests arriving by car? We partner with Transportation & Parking Services (TAPS) to help coordinate parking for your event. Whether you’re hosting on campus or at a nearby venue, we’ll work with TAPS to arrange the appropriate permits, signage, and logistics to ensure a smooth arrival experience for your attendees.
