Audio Visual Services

University Catering has selected UCSC Learning Technology Services as the official source of audio visual rental equipment, sound systems, and professional technical services for those groups using meeting facilities.

Because Learning Technology Services is on campus, they are totally familiar with the unique aspects of our various facilities and can offer a consistently superior service to ensure the quality and effectiveness of your meeting.

For your convenience:

• All charges for audio-visual equipment and services will be applied to your event agreement or on your master account for off-campus events. 
• Requests and/or changes for media equipment must be submitted five working days prior to the event date.
• All requests made after the five working day onsite deadline will be charged double the standard rate for all labor and equipment and are pending availability of staffing and equipment.
